Behavioral Training

ROI therapists perform 1-1 behavioral interventions in our center utilizing principles of applied behavioral analysis.  Treatment is focused on reducing challenging behavior, teaching functional communication, and addressing sensory processing deficits.  Parents and staff are able to view teaching sessions as well as practice prescribed treatment under supervision.  

School Para-Pro

On a contractual basis, trained support staff work in school or community-based educational settings for students who have developmental disabilities. 

Supported Employment

Supported employment positions are available on a limited basis performing office tasks and light assembly jobs.  Consumers are paid a “piece rate” for work performed.  Consumers also have the opportunity to develop work skills at our Thrift Store, New2You.
