Specialized Adult Foster Care

ROI maintains four adult foster care homes in the Tri-County area.  These homes are designed to facilitate growth and development in activities of daily living, behavioral control, and community integration.  Our trained staff provide 24-hour support and supervision to consumers with a wide variety of developmental, emotional, and physical limitations. 

Supported Independent Living

ROI facilitates the development of a wide variety of independent living situations based upon individual wants and needs.  In-home staff provide up to 24-hour supports, including home maintenance, personal care, and community-based activities.  24-hour on call services are also provided.

Children’s Respite Care

Our 5-bed children’s foster care home provides 24-hour supervision and individualized treatment to children with developmental disabilities, providing parents with a much needed break.  Respite services are available hourly, daily, or weekly.  Reservations must be made in advance.
